Design Mock Up
Once you have given us your custom brief, we will email you to confirm your requirements and send over a mock-up for your approval.
Our designer uses Adobe Illustrator to create your art work and mock up. They can use your own photos, stock images or individual bespoke artwork to create the look you are looking for.
If you are not happy with the mock-up we will work with you until you get the exact design you are looking for.
When you are happy with the mock up we will email you to confirm artwork creation and expected shipping time.
(From confirmed Mock-Up to Shipping is normally 5 business days)

Shipping
When your item is ready for shipping we will email you with all the details and take a photo of the final item.
Shipping for Custom items should be Expedited so you have a tracking number (please select this method on checkout)
